Ingredients

  • 230g Pumpkin (without seeds and skin)
  • 20-30g Sugar
  • Two pinches of salt
  • 5tbsp ~Rice flour
  • (adjust if the pumpkin has a high moisture content)
  • You can also use potato starch instead of rice flour.

① Peel the pumpkin and cut it into 1cm thick slices.

② Put it in a heat-resistant bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and microwave it at 600 watts for 4-5 minutes to soften.

③ Crush it with a spoon, add sugar and salt, and mix.

④ Add rice flour and mix well. Adjust the firmness to be about the same as in the video, as the amount of moisture in the pumpkin may vary.

You can also use potato starch instead of rice flour.

⑤ Roll it into a stick shape, divide it into 12 equal parts, and roll it in the palm of your hand to make it 1cm thick, lightly pressing it to shape it.

⑥ Heat a frying pan and add oil, then cook both sides over low heat.

Enjoy cooking!
