- 1 egg
- 180g (3/4 cup) of greek yogurt
- 5g of baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 220g (1 3/4 cups) of flour
- Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl add the egg and Greek yogurt and whisk to combine. Add the baking soda and salt and continue with whisking. Finally, sift the flour and continue with whisking to obtain no lumps and compact batter.
2. Take the batter with the spoon and transfer it to the pot with hot oil. Fry until they are golden brown.
3. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
