Gluten-free Rice flour Steamed Chocolate Buns

Ingredients

Use 5 80ml Coffee cup

  • 1 Egg(55g w/o shell)
  • 30g Sugar
  • 5g oil
  • 80ml Milk
  • 15g Cocoa powder
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 5g Instant coffee
  • 50g Rice flour
  • *Please refer to the specified brand below.

【Directions】

①Crack the egg into a small bowl, gradually adding the oil while mixing well. Also add the milk and mix thoroughly.

②Sift the ingredients marked with into a bowl.

③Add the mixture from step ① into the bowl with ② and mix until smooth.

④Line the Coffee cup with glassine paper and pour in the batter.

⑤Boil water in a pot, then once it's boiling, turn off the heat.

Arrange the Coffee cup , cover them, and steam over strong medium heat for 10 minutes.

*Note: I recommend wrapping the lid with a tea towel or large cloth, so that water won’t drip onto the buns.
