DRY FRUIT MITHAI

Preparation time 10-20 minutes

Ingredients

For Dry Fruit Mixture

  • 3-4 tbsp Ghee, рдШреА
  • 1 ┬╜ cups Foxnut, рдордЦрд╛рдиреЗ
  • 200 gms Cashew Nut, рдХрд╛рдЬреВ
  • 200 gms Almonds, рдмрд╛рджрд╛рдо

Dry Fruit Barfi

Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time 15-20 minutes

Serve 2-4

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Ghee, рдШреА
  • 450 gms Mawa, рдорд╛рд╡рд╛
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar, рдкрд┐рд╕реА рд╣реБрдИ рдЪреАрдиреА
  • 200 gms Mixed Dry Fruit Mixture, рддрдпрд╛рд░ рдХрд┐рдпрд╛ рд╣реБрдЖ рдорд┐рдХреНрд╕ рдбреНрд░рд╛рдИ рдлреНрд░реВрдЯ рдХрд╛ рдорд┐рд╢реНрд░рдг

For Garnish

  • Pistachios (blanched & sliver) рдкрд┐рд╕реНрддрд╛

Dryfruit Ladoo

Preparation time 10-15 minutes

Serve 2-4

Ingredients

  • 200 gms Mixed Dry Fruit Mixture, рддрдпрд╛рд░ рдХрд┐рдпрд╛ рд╣реБрдЖ рдорд┐рдХреНрд╕ рдбреНрд░рд╛рдИ рдлреНрд░реВрдЯ рдХрд╛ рдорд┐рд╢реНрд░рдг
  • 100 gms Rainins, chopped, рдХрд┐рд╢рдорд┐рд╢
  • A pinch of salt, рдирдордХ
  • ┬╝ tsp Black peppercorns, crushed, рдХреБрдЯреА рд╣реБрдИ рдХрд╛рд▓реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ
  • ┬╝ tsp Dry ginger powder, рд╕реЛрдВрда рдХрд╛ рдкрд╛рдЙрдбрд░

For Garnish

  • Almonds, sliver, рдмрд╛рджрд╛рдо
  • fresh Rose petals, рддрд╛рдЬреЗ рдЧреБрд▓рд╛рдм рдХреА рдкрдВрдЦреБрдбрд╝рд┐рдпрд╛рдБ

Dry Fruit Halwa

Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time 15-20 minutes

Serve 2

Ingredients

  • ┬╝ tsp Saffron strands, рдХреЗрд╕рд░
  • 1 cup Water, рдкрд╛рдиреА
  • ┬╛ cup Sugar, рдЪреАрдиреА
  • 200 gms Mixed Dry Fruit Mixture, рддрдпрд╛рд░ рдХрд┐рдпрд╛ рд╣реБрдЖ рдорд┐рдХреНрд╕ рдбреНрд░рд╛рдИ рдлреНрд░реВрдЯ рдХрд╛ рдорд┐рд╢реНрд░рдг

For Garnish

  • Pistachios (blanched & sliver) рдкрд┐рд╕реНрддрд╛
  • Almonds, sliver, рдмрд╛рджрд╛рдо
  • Saffron strands, рдХреЗрд╕рд░

Process

For Dry fruit Mixture

  1. In a kadai or shallow pan, add the, once it's hot, add TATA SAMPANN foxnuts and roast them for a while or until it's crispy.
  2. Transfer it to a parat or bowl and keep it aside for further use.
  3. In the same pan or kadai, add ghee, once it's hot, add TATA SAMPANN cashew nuts, almonds and roast it well until golden in color.
  4. Transfer it to the same bowl and keep it aside to cool down at room temperature.
  5. Transfer the dry fruits to a mixer grinder jar and grind it coarsely.
  6. Keep it aside for further use.

For Dry fruit Barfi

  1. In the same kadai, add ghee, once it's hot, add mawa and saute it well.
  2. Add powdered sugar and cook it for 7-8 minutes or until it reduces the moisture.
  3. Add mixed dry fruit mixture, cardamom powder and mix it well.
  4. Add sugar and mix well, transfer the mixture to the tray and keep it aside for 2-3 hours to cool down at room temperature.
  5. Demold the mixture and cut into desired shape.
  6. Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with silver vark, almonds and pistachios.
  7. Serve.

For Dry Fruit Ladoo

  1. In a bowl or parat, add mixed dry fruit mixture, TATA SAMPANN raisins, a pinch of salt, black peppercorns, dry ginger powder and mix it well.
  2. Divide the mixture into the small lemon size balls and give it a desired shape.
  3. Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with almonds and fresh rose petals.
  4. Serve.

For Dry Fruit Halwa

  1. In the same kadai, add kesar, water and give it a quick boil.
  2. Add sugar and let it boil until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add mixed dry fruit mixture and cook until desired consistency.
  4. Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish it with pistachios, almonds and saffron strands.
  5. Serve hot.
