Tuna Macaroni Salad
This Tuna Macaroni Salad is loaded with albacore tuna, peas, hard-boiled egg, and tossed in a creamy mayo dressing that the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
- 1 can (12 ounces) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled elbow macaroni with drained tuna.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the macaroni and tuna, tossing until everything is well coated.
- Stir in chopped celery, red onion, and dill pickles.
- Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a final toss and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
