Tuna Macaroni Salad

This Tuna Macaroni Salad is loaded with albacore tuna, peas, hard-boiled egg, and tossed in a creamy mayo dressing that the whole family will love!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
  • 1 can (12 ounces) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled elbow macaroni with drained tuna.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the macaroni and tuna, tossing until everything is well coated.
  4. Stir in chopped celery, red onion, and dill pickles.
  5. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, give the salad a final toss and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
