INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ΒΌ Cup Moong Dal

Soaked For 2 Hours

Wash Well

Pour In Blender

  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 2 Green Chilli

Blend Smooth

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • Β½ Tspn Cumin
  • Β½ Tsp Ajwain
  • Β½ Tsp Salt

Mix

  • 1-2 Tbsp Water

Make Dough

Divide The Dough In 4 Equal Parts

Roll All The Dough Pieces

Oil

Sprinkle Flour

Another Roti

Repeat The Process

Roll

Cut In Half Moon Shape

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
