These twice baked potatoes are so delicious! They are fluffy inside and crispy outside topped with cheese bacon and butter. These twice baked potatoes will make a great side dish for thanksgiving or the Christmas holidays.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 gold potatoes or russets potatoes
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs melted butter
  • 1/4 milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits plus more for topping
  • 1/4 cheddar cheese plus more for topping
  • 1 Tbs dried chives
  • 2 Tbs sliced butter for topping
