- 1 cup Yellow Moong Dal
- 1/2 cup Green Moong Dal
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- 1-2 pcs of Ginger
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Corns
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2-3 Dried Red Chilis
- Finely Chopped Green Chilis
- Asafoetida
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- Fresh Coriander
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- Oil For Frying
