Airfryer Additive-free Snacks

The heating time may vary depending on the thickness of the sliced pumpkin and the moisture content of the squash.

Ingredients 6 cookies

  • 120g Pumpkin
  • 2tsp Rice flour
  • Jonathan Apple

Directions

①Wash the pumpkin well with the skin and pat it dry to remove excess water. Thinly slice it.

②Dust the pumpkin slices with rice flour. It's okay to skip this step if you don't have rice flour.

③Preheat the air fryer to 150°C. Evenly place the pumpkin in the air fryer basket. After heating for 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 100°C and heat for an additional 10 minutes to finish!

*Flip the pumpkin halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Transfer to a parchment paper or similar to cool. When it cools, it will become crispy.

You can make apple slices in the same way.
