Pie Milkshake

Pie Milkshake

Pie Shake! Honestly one of my top desserts of all time. The crust and filling turns into these chewy, amazing little crumbles. It’s a buttery, creamy, textural delight.

We always do these as a little end of the night snack (“snack”) and it’s one of my favorite things I eat every year on Thanksgiving. Meal is done, everything cleaned up, just sitting around with my closest people and sipping on pie shakes.

Pro tip - grab a wider straw, similar to a boba straw, so you get all those crumbly bits with every sip. I got these bamboo ones at Target! Important for optimal sipping experience.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 medium-sized apple, peeled and diced

  • Whipped cream for topping

    • Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Prepare the Glass:

    • Crush graham crackers to use as a "crust" topping.
