Chicken Nuggets

Chicken nuggets: super crunchy and tasty


  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 70g (1/4 cup) of mayonnaies
  • 120g of cheese
  • 60g (1/2 cup) of flour
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying


1. Cut a chicken breast into slices and then into small pieces. Transfer to the bowl.

2. In a bowl with chicken pieces add the eggs, mayonnaise, cheese, flour, fresh dill, salt, and pepper and mix with a spatula to combine. Cover with cling film and transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.

3. After time has elapsed take the mixture with the spoon and transfer to the pan with hot oil. Flatten each one to obtain the shape of the nuggets. Fry them until they are golden brown on both sides.

4. Serve chicken nuggets all together on a serving plate and enjoy.
