Chili Garlic Rosemary Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and coat them with the marinade. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a golden brown color.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs if desired.
- Serve the Chili Garlic Rosemary Chicken with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
