Chili Garlic Rosemary Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and coat them with the marinade. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a golden brown color.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs if desired.
  8. Serve the Chili Garlic Rosemary Chicken with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
