- 2-3 tsp Salt
- 1.5-2 cups Soya Chunks

- Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2-3 tsp Soy Sauce
- 3-4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- Oil For Frying
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
- Some Slit Green Chilis
- Some Spring Onion Whites
- Onion Bulbs
- Capsicum Bulbs (Green/Yellow/Red)
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- Red Chili Paste
- Tomato Ketchup
- 2-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2-3 tsp Schezwan Sauce
- 1-2 tsp Corn Flour
- Spring Onion Greens
