Soft and Pillowy Pumpkin Bread Rolls: Super Easy To Make!
INGREDIENTS
- 480g (3 cups) of all-purpose flour
- 7g of dry yeast
- 6g (1 tsp) of salt
- 70g (¼ cup) of sugar
- 160g (¾ cup) of pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 130ml (½ cup) of lukewarm milk
- 50g (3 tbsp) of softened butter
- Egg wash and melted butter
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Whisk milk with sugar, egg, and pumpkin puree. Mix flour with salt and yeast.
3. Add dry ingredients into liquids and mix well. Add butter and knead for 10 minutes or until soft. Form into a ball, place into a bowl, and cover with plastic. Let it rise for 2 hours.
4. Form 20 individual buns roll each into a ball. Place into a parchment-covered baking pan. Set aside until doubled in size. Brush with egg wash.
5. Bake for 25 minutes. Brush melted butter on top of the buns before serving.
