Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled Eggs

A new way to make fluffy, light scrambled eggs using a coffee machine.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Milk, cheese, herbs, or other desired mix-ins

Equipment:

  • Coffee maker with a hot plate
  • Heat-resistant bowl

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Coffee Maker:
    • Fill the coffee maker with water as you normally would for making coffee.
  2. Place Bowl:
    • Set a heat-resistant bowl on the hot plate of the coffee maker.
  3. Crack Eggs:
    • Crack the eggs into the bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Optional Mix-ins:
    • If desired, add milk, cheese, herbs, or other mix-ins to the eggs.
  5. Scramble:
    • Use a fork or whisk to scramble the eggs thoroughly.
  6. Start Coffee Maker:
    • Turn on the coffee maker. The hot plate will heat the water and create steam, which will gently cook the eggs in the bowl.
  7. Monitor and Stir:
    • Keep an eye on the eggs, stirring occasionally with a spatula or fork to ensure even cooking.
  8. Cook to Desired Consistency:
    • Cook the eggs until they reach your preferred level of doneness. This may take a bit longer than traditional stovetop cooking.
  9. Serve:
    • Once the scrambled eggs are cooked, remove the bowl from the hot plate and serve immediately.
