Homemade Peanut Butter Pie
Learn how to make a delightful Peanut Butter Pie with this easy and delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Optional: Garnish with chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings before serving.
