Grilled Chicken Ribs

Grilled chicken ribs, tender, juicy, but above all, delicious. Easy and quick, with only two ingredients. Grill it on your charcoal grill. See how and enjoy a tasty, well-cooked chicken with your company.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken ribs (you can use chicken drumettes or wingettes)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite barbecue sauce for basting (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the chicken ribs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Brush the ribs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken ribs on the preheated grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. If using barbecue sauce, baste the ribs during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking, allowing the sauce to caramelize.
  6. Remove the grilled chicken ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
