Grilled Chicken Ribs
Grilled chicken ribs, tender, juicy, but above all, delicious. Easy and quick, with only two ingredients. Grill it on your charcoal grill. See how and enjoy a tasty, well-cooked chicken with your company.
Ingredients:
- Chicken ribs (you can use chicken drumettes or wingettes)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite barbecue sauce for basting (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the chicken ribs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Brush the ribs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken ribs on the preheated grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- If using barbecue sauce, baste the ribs during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking, allowing the sauce to caramelize.
- Remove the grilled chicken ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
