Fig and Walnut Mini Cakes

Fig and walnut mini cakes: they are ready in no time!

INGREDIENTS

  • 260g (1 ½ cups) of dried figs or dried plums
  • 150g (1 ½ cups) of oats
  • 120g (1 cup) of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 175g (1 cup) of dark chocolate
  • 6 walnuts

METHOD

1. Blend the figs, oats, walnuts and peanut butter.

2. Place the mixture in a muffin tray. Press very well to compact.

3. Melt the chocolate and pour over the fig mixture.

4. Add a walnut on top and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
