Quick and Crispy Besan Dosa
Ingredients:
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water, as needed
- Cooking oil for greasing

Instructions:
Step 1: Preparing the Batter In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth, pourable batter.
