Crock pot Chex mix is a delicious, easy snack mix made in a slow cooker. A perfect snack for the Super Bowl, holidays, game night, or anytime.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup bagel chips, broken into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzel sticks, mixed nuts, and bagel chips.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture, tossing and stirring until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
  5. Cover the crockpot with a lid, leaving a small opening for steam to escape.
  6. Cook on low heat for 2 to 2.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure even coating and prevent burning.
  7. Spread the Chex Mix on a baking sheet or parchment paper to cool and crisp up.
  8. Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
