  • 1 cup almonds (badam)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • A pinch of saffron strands (optional)


  1. In a pan, dry roast the almonds over medium heat until they become fragrant. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Allow them to cool.
  2. Once the almonds are cool, grind them into a fine powder using a blender or food processor.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond powder, sugar, milk powder, cardamom powder, and saffron strands (if using). Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
  4. Store the Instant Badam Milk Mix in an airtight container.

To prepare a glass of Badam Milk:

  1. Take 2-3 tablespoons of the Instant Badam Milk Mix and add it to a glass.
  2. Heat 1 cup of milk until it's warm.
  3. Pour the warm milk into the glass with the Badam Milk Mix and stir well until the mixture is fully dissolved.
  4. Optionally, you can heat the Badam Milk on the stove or in the microwave for a hot beverage.
