Ingredients:

  • 2 cups zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Spicy Feta Dip:

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Prep the Fritter Mixture Combine grated zucchini, crumbled feta, chopped dill, mint, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well-incorporated.
