Cast Iron Asian Inspired Chicken

This Cast Iron Chicken was really delicious and juicy with a ton of flavor. It was simple to make and totally worth making. I love using the cast iron skillet to make clean eating recipes like this. I feel like the searing on the outside ads another dimension of seasoning and flavor to the recipe. Lodge cast iron skillets can now be found fairly cheap anywhere. If you guys have not experimented with cooking in a cast iron skillet, I really recommend you guys trying and experimenting with it and making it your own.
