Spicy Tuna Roll

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sushi rice, prepared (200 kcal)
  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed)
  • 1/2 pound fresh tuna, sashimi-grade (calories vary based on quantity)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (360 kcal)
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (40 kcal)
  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Soy sauce and pickled ginger for serving

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi rolling mat, shiny side down.

Step 2: Wet your hands and spread a thin layer of sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.

Step 3: In a bowl, mix fresh tuna with spicy mayo (mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce). Spread the tuna mixture along the center of the rice.

Step 4: Add julienned cucumber and sliced avocado on top of the tuna.
