Spicy Tuna Roll
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sushi rice, prepared (200 kcal)
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed)
- 1/2 pound fresh tuna, sashimi-grade (calories vary based on quantity)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (360 kcal)
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (40 kcal)
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Soy sauce and pickled ginger for serving
Cooking Steps:
