Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs (210 kcal)
  • 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed (150 kcal)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (110 kcal)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives for garnish (optional)

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisking them until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: In a non-stick pan, melt butter over medium heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.

Step 3: As the edges begin to set, sprinkle the crushed potato chips evenly over the eggs.

Step 4: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the potato chips.
