The Potato Chip Omelette
Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs (210 kcal)
- 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed (150 kcal)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (110 kcal)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish (optional)
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisking them until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: In a non-stick pan, melt butter over medium heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
