Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings, split into drumettes and wingettes (calories depend on size)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Oil for deep frying
