Ingredients:

  • 12 chicken wings, split into drumettes and wingettes (calories depend on size)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Oil for deep frying

Cooking Steps:
