Tender and Moist Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (around 800 kcal)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (around 1624 kcal)
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (around 1200 kcal)
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk, room temperature (around 100 kcal)
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your cake pans.
Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
