- 1 cup suji (semolina)
- 2 cups milk
- 4 slices of bread, torn into small pieces
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

Steps:
- Prepare Suji Mixture: In a pan, heat ghee and roast suji until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.

- Sweeten It: Sprinkle sugar into the mixture, adjusting the sweetness according to your taste. Continue stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Infuse Flavor: Add cardamom powder for a fragrant touch. Stir well to infuse the dish with aromatic flavors.
- Simmer and Serve: Let the mixture simmer on low heat until it thickens to your desired consistency. Once done, garnish with nuts if desired.
