Preparation Steps:

Step 1: Boil the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
Step 2: Once the milk reduces by half, add crumbled paneer and continue stirring.

Step 3: Add sugar and cardamom powder, ensuring even mixing.
Step 4: Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

Step 5: Transfer the mixture to a greased tray, spreading it evenly.
Step 6: Allow it to cool, refrigerate for a few hours until set.

Step 7: Garnish with chopped nuts and cut into squares.
