Ingredients:
For the Beef Tenderloin:
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks (approx. 6 oz each) (1,200 kcal)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Creamy Mushroom Sauce:
4. 2 cups assorted mushrooms, sliced (80 kcal)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream (800 kcal)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Season and Sear Beef
