Restaurant Style Mix Vegetable Sabzi

Mix Veg Curry is made by cooking a mixture of vegetables together in a traditional Indian onion-tomato gravy. The dish is characterized by multiple flavors due to many vegetables which also make it quite nutritious.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 5-6 garlic cloves piece go ginger
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2-3 gry red chillies
  • 2 onions roughly chopped
  • 3-4 tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 10-12 cashews
  • 100 gas Paneer pieces
  • 1 potato in cubes
  • 1 carrot in pieces
  • 8-10 beans
  • 10-12 cauliflower pieces
  • 1 capsicum in pieces handful of peas
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp roasted fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Fresh coriander
