Ingredients :

For Grilled Cheese:

  1. Sliced bread
  2. Butter
  3. Cheese slices (e.g., cheddar, Swiss)
  4. Optional: Ham or bacon slices

For Tomato Soup:

  1. Tomatoes
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Vegetable or chicken broth
  5. Heavy cream
  6. Fresh basil (optional)
  7. Salt and pepper

Steps:

Grilled Cheese: Step 1: Butter the Bread Generously butter one side of each bread slice.

Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich Place cheese slices (and optional ham or bacon) between two slices, buttered side facing out.

Step 3: Grill to Perfection Cook the sandwich on a skillet until the bread is golden brown, and the cheese is melted.

Tomato Soup: Step 1: Sauté Aromatics In a pot, sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.

Step 2: Simmer Tomatoes Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.

Step 3: Blend and Add Broth Blend the mixture and return it to the pot. Pour in vegetable or chicken broth.

Step 4: Add Cream and Season Stir in heavy cream, fresh basil (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer until well-combined.
