Delicious Christmas Pinwheel Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Red and green food coloring
- Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions:
Step 1: In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2: Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
