Ingredients:
- 200g rice noodles (350 kcal)
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk (960 kcal)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp laksa paste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 150g tofu, cubed (180 kcal)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Cook Rice Noodles
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
