  • 2 lbs beef, chicken, or a mix, cut into chunks
  • 2 plantains, peeled and sliced
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 lb yuca, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
