  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 cups active sourdough starter
  • 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Step 1: Activate the Starter In a bowl, combine sourdough starter with lukewarm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes active and bubbly.

Step 2: Mix Ingredients In a large mixing bowl, combine bread flour and salt. Add the activated sourdough starter mixture. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
