INGREDIENTS:
- 5oo gms boneless chicken pieces
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- black/white pepper 2 tsp
- lemon juice 1/2 cup
- hung yogurt/dahi 2 tbsp
- fresh cream 2 tbsp
- cashew/melon seeds paste 2 tsp
- ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- melted butter/ghee
- Fresh coriander & mint 1/4 tsp
- garam masala 1 tbsp
- cornstarch/cornflour 1 tbsp
butter GRAVY:
- 2 tbsp oil + 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Onion puree of 2-3 1/2 tsp
- garam masala 1/2 tsp
- red chilly powder
- Tomato puree of 3-4
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp cashew paste
- Salt
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
