Quick and Easy Salmon Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (approximately 800 kcal)
- 1 lb (450g) fresh salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Cook the Pasta Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
