Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta (approximately 800 kcal)
  • 1 lb (450g) fresh salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Cook the Pasta Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
