Atta Jaggery Fruits Cake: No Flour, No Egg, No Oven

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
  2. 1 cup jaggery, grated
  3. 1 cup mixed fruits (banana, apple, dates, etc.), chopped
  4. 1/2 cup yogurt
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  7. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  8. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  9. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  11. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  12. Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Steps:

Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, and salt.

Step 2: Blend Wet Ingredients
