Atta Jaggery Fruits Cake: No Flour, No Egg, No Oven
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1 cup jaggery, grated
- 1 cup mixed fruits (banana, apple, dates, etc.), chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Steps:
Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, and salt.
Step 2: Blend Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk together grated jaggery, yogurt, milk, and vegetable oil until well combined.
Step 3: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a batter forms.
Step 4: Add Fruits
- Fold in the chopped mixed fruits into the batter.
Step 5: Bake Without Oven
