Shrimp Porridge

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup jasmine rice
  2. 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  3. 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  4. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 2 green onions, sliced
  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:
