- Sooji Shakarpara:
- Semolina (Sooji) - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Ghee (clarified butter) - 2 tablespoons
- Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - as needed for kneading
- Oil - for frying

- Poha Chivda:
- Flattened rice (Poha) - 1 cup
- Peanuts - 1/4 cup
- Cashews - 1/4 cup
- Raisins - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying

Steps:
Step 1: Prepare Sooji Shakarpara Dough
- In a bowl, mix semolina, all-purpose flour, ghee, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder. Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough. Allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes.
