Ingredients:
For Grilled Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Prepare Grilled Chicken
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the slices.
Step 2: Cook Brown Rice

Step 4: Make Dressing In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey or maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5: Assemble the Bowl
- In individual bowls, layer cooked brown rice as the base.
- Arrange sliced grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado on top.
- Drizzle the dressing over the bowl.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
