Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh white fish or seafood (shrimp, scallops, or a mix), diced
- 1 cup fresh lime juice (about 8-10 limes)
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1-2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust according to spice preference)
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Tortilla chips or tostadas for serving
Cooking Steps:
- Prepare the Fish:
- Ensure the fish or seafood is fresh and diced into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate in Citrus Juices:
- In a non-reactive bowl, combine the diced fish with lime and lemon juice. Ensure all pieces are submerged. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. The citrus juices "cook" the fish.
