Instant & Healthy Soft Dosa & Spicy Chutney
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice flour (120 kcal)
- 1/2 cup urad dal flour (85 kcal)
- 1/4 cup semolina (60 kcal)
- 1 cup buttermilk (98 kcal)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Spicy Chutney:
- 2 tomatoes (44 kcal)
- 2 red chilies
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup grated coconut (50 kcal)
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Cooking Steps:
Dosa:
- In a bowl, combine rice flour, urad dal flour, semolina, buttermilk, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of batter, spread it into a thin circle, and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side. Repeat for the remaining batter.
Spicy Chutney:
- In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
- Add chopped tomatoes, red chilies, and sauté until tomatoes soften.
- Add grated coconut, coriander leaves, and salt. Cook for a few more minutes.
- Blend the mixture into a smooth chutney.
