Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (400 kcal)
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed (400 kcal)
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil (120 kcal)
  • Water, as needed

Preparation:

Step 1: Dough Preparation Combine whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water to make a soft dough. Set aside to rest.

Step 2: Filling Preparation In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add minced garlic and sauté until golden. Add mashed potatoes, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 3: Parcel Assembly Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat disc. Place a portion of the potato filling in the center and fold the edges to form a parcel.
