Atta Aloo Garlic Parcel
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (400 kcal)
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed (400 kcal)
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil (120 kcal)
- Water, as needed
Preparation:
Step 1: Dough Preparation Combine whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water to make a soft dough. Set aside to rest.
Step 2: Filling Preparation In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add minced garlic and sauté until golden. Add mashed potatoes, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Step 3: Parcel Assembly Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat disc. Place a portion of the potato filling in the center and fold the edges to form a parcel.
