Ingredients:
For Scrambled Eggs:
- 4 large eggs

- 2 tablespoons milk (optional for fluffier eggs)

- 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions

- Flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
Preparation:
Step 1: Scramble Eggs
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, and milk (if using). Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble until soft and slightly runny. Remove from heat; residual heat will continue cooking the eggs.
