Blueberry French Toast
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of thick bread (challah or brioche work well)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Butter for cooking
- Maple syrup for serving
- Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)
Steps:
