Roti Bhajiya

Ingredients:

  • 4 leftover rotis
  • 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for batter
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Crumble the leftover rotis into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients to make a thick batter.
  4. Add the crumbled roti pieces to the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the roti-batter mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the Bhajiya from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Serve Roti Bhajiya hot with your favorite chutney or sauce for a tasty snack that breathes new life into leftover rotis.
