Roti Bhajiya
Ingredients:
- 4 leftover rotis
- 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water for batter
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- Crumble the leftover rotis into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients to make a thick batter.
- Add the crumbled roti pieces to the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Drop spoonfuls of the roti-batter mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the Bhajiya from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve Roti Bhajiya hot with your favorite chutney or sauce for a tasty snack that breathes new life into leftover rotis.
