Raffaello Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: Raffaello chocolates for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, honey, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir the ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight, allowing the oats to soak and flavors to meld.
  4. In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. If it's too thick, you can add a splash of coconut milk.
  5. Top your Raffaello Overnight Oats with additional shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and, if desired, a Raffaello chocolate.
