Soy & Orange Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice (optional, for serving)
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade. Add sliced chicken, ensuring it's well-coated, and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and golden brown.
Step 3: Add sliced bell pepper and broccoli to the wok, continuing to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 4: Sprinkle sliced green onions over the stir fry, combining all the ingredients for a final toss.
